Products
What JustiVantage is and what each product does.

JustiVantage is a grounded legal LLM workspace. It reads your entire case file and turns it into living work product — an auto-built chronology, a map of issues and arguments, a case-strength read, and attorney-quality drafts.

The defining principle is grounding: every fact, assertion and drafted sentence is pinned to a citation you can click through to the source passage. Nothing is invented.

They're two entry points into the same matter:

  • Case Management is the Situation Room — your case strength, chronology, issues, evidence and deadlines in one place.
  • Drafting starts from the New Matter Intake, where Counsel discovers the matter with you and produces drafts (particulars, notices, schedules) grounded in the record.

You can move between them freely; both work off the same indexed file.

When JustiVantage answers a question, drafts a document, or places a fact on the chronology, it attaches a pinpoint citation — the exact clause, email, exhibit or page it relied on.

Click any citation and the source opens with the relevant passage highlighted, so you can verify before you rely on it. Answers are drawn only from your matter's documents.

JustiVantage is built for litigation and contentious work — contract disputes, debt and unpaid-invoice claims, property and land disputes, employment and shareholder matters, and similar.

It also handles transactional and advisory work where a structured read of documents and grounded drafting are useful.

Intake is a guided, conversational way to open a matter. Counsel asks a short series of questions — or you upload documents and speak in your own language — and it discovers the parties, issues, timeline and posture, then prepares initial artifacts and drafts.

You can set how deep intake goes (Quick, Standard, Thorough) in the workspace settings.

No. JustiVantage is a productivity and quality engine — it reads, organises, surfaces contradictions, and drafts. You remain the lawyer of record. Because every output is grounded, you can verify each citation and keep full control before anything is filed or sent.

Data Privacy
How your data is handled, stored and protected.

No. Your documents, matter content and conversations are not used to train the underlying models, and are not used to train models for any other customer.

Your work product stays yours

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the authenticated members of your organisation.

Only you and the members you invite to your organisation. JustiVantage staff do not access the contents of your matters except where you explicitly request support and grant access, or where strictly required for security or legal compliance.

You control retention. Matters and documents persist while your account is active so the workspace stays useful, and you can delete a document, a matter, or your whole account at any time.

On deletion, content is removed from active systems; transient processing data is not retained beyond what's needed to return your answer.

JustiVantage is built to support confidential work. Your data is siloed to your organisation, not shared with other customers, and not used for training.

As with any tool, whether privilege is preserved depends on your jurisdiction and how you use it — we recommend following your firm's information-handling policies. Reach out if you need specifics for your regulator.

JustiVantage relies on a model provider to generate responses, operating under terms that prohibit training on your data and require confidentiality. Beyond the sub-processors needed to run the service, your matter content is not sold or shared, and never used for advertising.

Data is processed in secure cloud infrastructure. If your firm has data-residency requirements (e.g. a specific region), contact us at support@justivantage.com and we'll confirm what's available for your plan.

How can I…?
Get things done in the workspace.

Open the app and click New matter in the top navigation bar. Counsel first asks whether it's a brand-new case or a matter on an existing case (which you can search and link), then guides you through a short discovery and builds the matter for you.

Inside a matter, add files during intake or from the Evidence view. JustiVantage indexes each document, extracts dated facts, and cross-links them to the chronology and issues automatically.

Use the Counsel dock on the right. Type your question or pick a suggested one. Every answer comes back with source cards — click any citation to read the exact passage it relied on.

Click the numbered citation chip (e.g. [1]) anywhere it appears — in an answer, on the chronology, or in a draft. The source opens in the dock with the cited text highlighted.

From the Drafts view, choose a document (e.g. Particulars of Claim) and select Draft with Counsel, or ask the Counsel dock directly. Drafts are built from your chronology and issues, with citations on every factual assertion.

Use the theme toggle in the workspace header (the sun/moon icon). Your preference is remembered.

Open the in-app Tweaks panel to change accent colour, density, intake depth, and whether citations are shown inline — handy for tailoring the workspace to how you like to work.

Billing
Plans, credits, invoices and changes.

JustiVantage runs on credits. Reading documents, generating answers and producing drafts consume credits based on the work involved. Plans bundle a monthly credit allowance; you can top up any time.

See Pricing for current plans, or email us for firm-wide arrangements.

A credit is the unit of usage. Lightweight actions (a short grounded question) cost little; heavier ones (indexing a large bundle, drafting a long document) cost more. Your current balance is always shown in the workspace header.

Go to Billing in your account settings to top up credits, upgrade, or downgrade. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated where applicable.

Plan allowances refresh each billing cycle; topped-up credits you purchase separately do not expire while your account is active. Exact rollover terms are shown on your plan in Billing.

Yes — every charge generates a downloadable invoice in Billing → History. For consolidated firm billing or a PO-based arrangement, contact support@justivantage.com.

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your workspace stays available until the end of the paid period, and you can export your matters before access ends.

Email support@justivantage.com with your account and the charge in question. We'll review and correct any error promptly.

Reporting Issues
Bugs, wrong answers and security concerns.

Email support@justivantage.com with a short description and, if you can, the matter and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help us fix it faster.

Because every answer is grounded, you can click the citation to check the source first. If the citation doesn't support the statement, that's exactly what we want to know — report it to support@justivantage.com and include the matter and the question you asked.

Always confirm AI output against the source before relying on it for filing.

Check the file is a supported type and not corrupted, then retry. If it keeps failing — especially for large bundles — email support@justivantage.com with the file details and we'll investigate.

Please contact us right away at support@justivantage.com with "Security" in the subject. We take reports seriously and will respond as a priority.

Absolutely — we build with practitioners. Send ideas to support@justivantage.com and tell us the workflow you're trying to improve.
