JustiVantage is a Smart Legal Intelligence Platform operated by JustiVantage Technologies Private Limited ("JustiVantage", "we", "our", or "us"). The platform provides legal professionals with AI-assisted case management, document intelligence, and drafting tools ("Services").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the individual or firm accessing the Services, "you" or "User") and JustiVantage Technologies Private Limited.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed legal professional or authorised staff member of a legal practice to use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The platform is available to users in India, the United Kingdom, Germany, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. Use outside these jurisdictions is not currently supported.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@justivantage.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
Case Management is a subscription service billed monthly. It provides unlimited matter management, document indexing, chronology, and case intelligence features. Storage is limited as specified in your plan.
Drafting is a credit-based service priced per matter. Credits must be purchased in advance and are deducted upon submission of a drafting request. One free revision is included per draft. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
Turnaround times (Normal: < 1 day; Rush: < 10 minutes) are targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on platform load and matter complexity.

JustiVantage uses artificial intelligence to assist with legal analysis, drafting, and document intelligence. AI-generated output is not legal advice and must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before reliance or filing.
We make no warranty that AI-generated content is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You remain solely responsible for the work product you file or submit to any court, tribunal, or counterparty.
Your documents and matter data are processed solely to provide the Services to you. We do not use your client data to train our models, sell your data to third parties, or share it with any person except as required by law.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Drafting credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Pricing is displayed in your local currency based on your registered country. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
The JustiVantage platform, including its design, code, and AI systems, is owned by JustiVantage Technologies Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal legal practice.
You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JustiVantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or adverse court outcomes.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
For users in the United Kingdom, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms to the extent required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
